I am very fortunate to have a great team of individuals working for our company.

I believe it was Donald Trump that said “If you want to become successful surround yourself with the BEST people you can find…” (or words to that effect!).

He’s right, very much so. A bad hire can not only cost a company a lot of money, but it can also seriously slow-down that company’s growth, expansion, and overall profits.

This couldnt be any truer than for the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. With companies all around the globe using companies such as ours to help save money and create additional revenue (in a load of different ways), the outsourcing boom hasnt even started yet – as far as I’m concerned.

Here at Live2Sell we have three main areas of our business that we concentrate on:

  • Virtual Assistant services
  • Outbound Telemarketing services
  • Inbound Customer Service reps

Some of our clients go with just one of these, but recently we’ve seen an influx of clients going for a combination of all three of these. They might have a handful of products on board and a growing database of clients. The problem is that they dont have dedicated CSR’s (customer service reps) to take care of them properly. Deliveries are late, questions arent answered quick enough, and people get upset and take their business elsewhere. This is something that we obviously do NOT want to happen.

So, they hire Live2Sell to handle their customers by enlisting two inbound customer service staff. Problem solved. But, we dont want to rest on our laurels, do we..!? That growing business is great – but, lets try and build on it even more – add two outbound telemarketing executives and the cold calling they perform on a daily basis will generate additional sales for very little investment. Include a virtual assistant to help your new dedicated staff members and you top off a PERFECT set-up – all for a price that is not only extremely affordable, but one that ultimately makes sense!

What am I still doing here? Its way past the end of my shift, but I just had to let you know about something, and our blog is the perfect opportunity!

When I was first informed that the company was going to venture in the field of Virtual Assistance a few months back, I was pretty excited. Although I’ve been in the BPO industry for 5 years now and had my share of customer service, sales, technical support, staffing and recruitment, etc., this is the first time I have been introduced to this concept and would be new turf to explore. Coupled by the fact that our company is becoming one of the fastest growing BPO’s firms in town, its great that Live2Sell has this opportunity to show its clients how personalized our services can get for them.

What is a Virtual Assistant? They have actually been around since the early 90’s although they weren’t as popular then as they are now.

For those who are not yet familiar what a VA does, they are people who provide professional level administrative, technical, or sometimes creative assistance (such as customer service or sales) to clients who are usually independent entrepreneurs or small to medium sized companies – and they do this from a distance. In a nutshell, they make one’s life a lot easier, and more importantly at a fraction of the cost of a full-time PA or admin assistant.

As our clients already know, here at Live2Sell we aim to just simplify things for you. Don’t worry, I won’t ramble on about how good our company is (although I assure you its great!), I’d rather invite you to check us out for yourselves and judge us by our results.

A Whole New World

So, here we are with a newly updated website, now featuring additional services to our clients, such as our virtual assistant, reports & presentations and data entry & transcription to name a few.

And, here we are with our own Blog, too.

I must say, as CEO of Live2Sell, I have seen a great number of changes over the last few months from the army of BPO professionals that we have on board with us, in our growing family. Our telesales team is performing better than ever, and we continue to expand on this, as well as our team of inbound customer service rep’s who are now working on three seperate campaigns on a daily basis.

Its great to have the opportunity to hire, coach, mentor and see the young and vibrant staff we are extremely lucky to have on board, mature and become the ambitious professionals that they are. There honestly isnt a day that passes where our people dont improve and get better at what they do. And thats important. Its important that we ALL get better at what we do. Regular growth and achievement is what its all about.

Just last week we were extremely pleased to promote one of our Telesales Executives, Jeaneau Belicano, to the position of Telesales Team Leader. He has shown every trait that a sales professional should posses. Passion, enthusiasm, conviction, dedication, hard work and an all-out zest for the world of sales, and we wish him all the luck in his continued career advancement with our company.

We see all our staff members as partners in our business. They have a direct effect on how successful our company is and will continue to become over the many years of business ahead of us. Jeaneau is living proof that everyone has the chance to better themselves and create their own lifestyle.
